“Ran into my pool service technician today, whom I never usually get to see. I wanted to make it a point to let him know that my pool has never looked better since he’s been working on it. I asked what exactly does he do while he’s here. He went through step by step and explained what and why he does what he does. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and care he puts into his service. Thank you Tony, for all you do to keep me sparkly clean. I highly recommend this pool company!”

Common questions
6 questionsHow is Family Pool Care LLC rated on MyPoolsGuide?
Family Pool Care LLC has a MyPoolsGuide Rating of 4.5 out of 5, based on 35 customer reviews as of November 2026. Customers most often mention friendly staff, quality work and communication. The Rating is recalculated every month. How MyPoolsGuide rates explains what goes into it.
Is Family Pool Care LLC licensed?
Yes. Family Pool Care LLC holds Florida pool contractor license CPC1461016, a Certified Pool/Spa Contractor license that is active until August 31, 2028. The license is held by Family Pool Care, LLC and has been active since May 8, 2025. It covers repairs, equipment replacement and resurfacing, which Florida requires a contractor license for. Weekly cleaning alone does not need one.
Which areas does Family Pool Care LLC serve?
Family Pool Care LLC serves New Port Richey and Port Richey. It appears on the MyPoolsGuide list for Palm Harbor. It is a mobile service that comes to your home, so there is no storefront to visit. If your neighborhood sits at the edge of that area, call (727) 753-8153 to confirm they cover your street before you book a first visit.
Does Family Pool Care LLC handle saltwater pools?
Yes. Family Pool Care LLC lists salt system service alongside its weekly cleaning, so it can keep a saltwater pool's chemistry in range and maintain the salt cell. It also takes on green-pool recovery, one-time cleans, pools with a spa or hot tub and commercial and HOA pools. Ask about salt cell replacement when you call (727) 753-8153, since cell life varies with use and water chemistry.
Does Family Pool Care LLC do repairs as well as cleaning?
Yes. Family Pool Care LLC handles equipment repair as well as weekly cleaning. That repair work is covered by its Florida pool contractor license, which the state requires for equipment replacement and resurfacing. One company for cleaning and repairs means one call when something breaks.
When is Family Pool Care LLC open?
Family Pool Care LLC is open Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Call (727) 753-8153 within those hours to book a first visit or ask about a weekly slot; the crew comes to you, so there is no storefront to visit.
