“I moved to Florida from Colorado in 2025. I purchased a new spa pool heater which began having problems in April 2026. The heater manufacturer secured the services of Pilot Pool Service, Inc. for repairs. Over the next months, Pilot workmen tried everything possible, to no avail. Lisa and her Team did not give up. Because of their persistence to find a solution, the manufacturer finally agreed to replace the heater with a brand-new heater. I am so very thankful!”
