“Recently had a problem with my pool equipment and I called Triangle. Th tech came to my house and diagnosed that I needed a new pump. Made sense given the age of my current pump. Triangle had the pump in stock, quoted a fair price, and installed the new pump the same day. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. I should specifically call out Reese and Britt who stayed on the job as long as it took to make everything was working perfectly. I enthusiastically recommended Triangle and their team.”
“Britton was wonderful! He went above and beyond to ensure the new pool pump/motor were installed and all the electrical conduits replaced. He also cleaned the pool filter and let me know that the cost will be cheaper because he didn't have to replace the grids. I recommend Triangle Pools and Britton with no hesitation!”
“I live in a condo association & Triangle has take care of our pool for years. Matt is exceptional & consistently provides excellent customer support & never misses a day! Cudos to Matt & Triangle!”

Common questions
6 questionsHow is Triangle Pool Service rated on MyPoolsGuide?
Triangle Pool Service has a MyPoolsGuide Rating of 4.4 out of 5, based on 266 customer reviews as of November 2026. Customers most often mention pool technician, caring staff and thoroughness. The Rating is recalculated every month. How MyPoolsGuide rates explains what goes into it.
Is Triangle Pool Service licensed?
Yes. Triangle Pool Service holds Florida pool contractor license CPC1461462, a Certified Pool/Spa Contractor license that is active until August 31, 2028. The license is held by Triangle Pool Service and has been active since March 11, 2026. It covers repairs, equipment replacement and resurfacing, which Florida requires a contractor license for. Weekly cleaning alone does not need one.
Which areas does Triangle Pool Service serve?
Triangle Pool Service serves Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Palm Harbor, Seminole and Oldsmar. If your neighborhood sits at the edge of that area, call (727) 531-0473 to confirm they cover your street before you book a first visit. The Largo page on MyPoolsGuide lists other companies covering the area if this one does not reach your street.
Does Triangle Pool Service handle saltwater pools?
Yes. Triangle Pool Service lists salt system service alongside its weekly cleaning, so it can keep a saltwater pool's chemistry in range and maintain the salt cell. It also takes on green-pool recovery, pools with a spa or hot tub and commercial and HOA pools. Ask about salt cell replacement when you call (727) 531-0473, since cell life varies with use and water chemistry.
Does Triangle Pool Service do repairs as well as cleaning?
Yes. Triangle Pool Service handles equipment repair, filter repair, heater repair, leak detection and pump repair as well as weekly cleaning. That repair work is covered by its Florida pool contractor license, which the state requires for equipment replacement and resurfacing. One company for cleaning and repairs means one call when something breaks.
When is Triangle Pool Service open?
Triangle Pool Service is open Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday. Call (727) 531-0473 within those hours to book a first visit or ask about a weekly slot. Hours can change around holidays and in storm season, so check before you rely on them.
